How does the website work?

Enter your postcode in the box provided to check if we can deliver to your address. Alternatively, you can pick up from us at a time that suits you.

Select the dishes of your choice from the menu.

Provide order details, ie your detailed address, date and time for the delivery or collection and pay online or pay cash upon delivery or collection.

We will deliver your order to your specified address or you can pick up from us.

Why would I want to be a member?

By registering with us, you can pre-order your food hours or a day in advance! Why go through all your menus at home and total up your order with a calculator when our easy online system does all the hard-work for you.

Do you charge customers membership fees?

No, that is the great thing about our service. There are no membership fees or any hidden charges!

How do I become a member?

Click the register link at the top part of the page. Sign-up for free’ – Once you have registered, you will be able to order delicious dishes from our menu.

How do I pay for my food?

We Only Accept CASH! When you have finished selecting the food you want, you move onto the next page to complete your order and select your payment type. You can select to pay on delivery or collection.

I have not received my food yet. Where is it?

You can check the status of your order by using the Recent Orders page. Alternatively, you can call us directly. You can find our details on your email order confirmation or the contact us page.

I did not receive what I ordered. Why has this happened?

There may be times when a mistake has been made and items from your order are missing when the delivery is made. If possible, you should go through your delivery with the driver to confirm the correct items have been delivered.

If something is missing, please contact us so can be given the opportunity to resolve the problem

How do I cancel an order?

Call us directly to cancel your order. You can find our details on your email order confirmation or the contact us page.

I placed an order but I want to change it/add/remove something to it. How do I do that?
