How to make an order and how it is processed
Once you have selected your order from the menu, you will be given the opportunity to submit your order by clicking on the “proceed” button. Please note it is important that you check the information that you enter and correct any errors before clicking on the “proceed” button since once you click on this, input errors cannot be corrected.
If at any time prior to you clicking on the “proceed” button, you decide that you do not wish to proceed with your order, you should close the application window.
On receipt of your order, we will begin processing your order and we will send you notification by email or SMS that your order has been received and that your order is being processed.
Where any payment you make is not authorised you will be returned to the previous page on the Website and we shall not be obliged to provide the services.
Please note that once you have made your order and your payment has been authorised you will not be able to amend or cancel your order on the website. Cancellation or Amendment to the order must be made by phoning the restaurant direct. Your initial payment will be cancelled and a new payment raised
Our goal is to provide the best food delivery service possible which includes an excellent reputation for on-time delivery i.e. delivering your order at the time we quote. Unfortunately things don't always go to plan and factors, such as, weather, staff illness and traffic occasionally prevents us from achieving this.
Order Acceptance Policy
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. China Town reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order.
Price and Payment
Prices will be as quoted on this Website. These prices include VAT but may exclude delivery costs, which will be added to the total amount due (if you opt for delivery instead of collection), where applicable.
Payment for all orders must be in cash at the point of delivery to you. Our delivery drivers only carry up to £10 in change, payment must be in £ sterling.
A discount may apply to your order if you use a promotional code recognised by this Website and endorsed by us.
Upon submitting your order details, you are making an offer to us to purchase the item(s) you have specified in your order form. We reserve the right to refuse your offer should it be necessary. In the event of China Town needing to issue a refund we will endeavour to credit your account within 7 - 10 working days.
